Baby and Me Yoga
Baby and Me Yoga is an opportunity to blend the practice of yoga with the joys and challenges of parenting. Rooted in the tradition of yoga of the householder, this class acknowledges the balancing act of caring for a child while nurturing one’s own well-being. It offers a gentle, supportive environment where caregivers can connect with their babies through bonding movements, stretching, and breathing exercises. Alongside physical benefits, the practice encourages emotional and social connections, fostering a sense of community among other caregivers who share the experiences of raising little ones. Whether you’re looking to build strength, relieve stress, or simply share a moment of calm with your baby, this class supports both you and your child in your journey together.

About Me
Hi! My name is Molly and I am a dedicated yoga student and teacher. I am originally from North Carolina, and now live in Collingswood, NJ with my husband, my daughter Surina, and our puppy dog Bryn. I hold degrees in education and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Planning and Public Policy where my research focuses on parent perspectives on school segregation. I completed my yoga teacher training in 2024, driven by a deep belief that yoga is more than just a physical practice—it’s a powerful tool that can be integrated into our daily lives to enhance mindfulness, connection, and well-being. I started professionally teaching yoga when my daughter was six months old, and thoroughly enjoyed beginning our journey teaching baby and me classes together. As a mother and scholar, I bring a unique perspective to teaching yoga by offering a supportive and inclusive space for parents and caregivers to deepen their practice both on and off the mat. In addition to teaching yoga and conducting independent research I teach a senior leadership seminar at Rutgers – New Brunswick for public health students. I’m committed to helping others cultivate balance, presence, and self-awareness, whether in the studio/classroom, in the community, or at home. I hope to see you on the mat!
